There are two ways this can be done.
First, you could just teach yourself about how to use AuctionRPM through the use of the tutorial videos on this website, as well as the tips and tricks page underneath the support menu.
Second, you can give our office a call and we can give you a personalized tour through the AuctionRPM software.
Yes. AuctionRPM works well with ALL versions of Microsoft Windows including Windows 98, XP, 2000, 2003, Vista, and 7, 8, 10. We strongly reccommend that current service packs be installed for whatever operating system you employ.
One other note. If you plan on utilizing Windows 7 and Windows XP together on the same network (which is very common), and if you are having issues with those computers talking to each other, please review the document “AuctionRPM – Using Windows 7, Vista, and XP Computers Together” found in the Tips And Tricks section of this website.

When you download the software, you will receive the entire program. All features will be there for you to use. The only difference between the trial download and the purchased program is that you will only be able to use the program for 30 days.
NOTE: During the evaluation period, the program will automatically use the company name ‘My Auction Company’ and will also use a fictional address for the company. This company name and address will appear at the top of all printed material. Once the software is purchased, you will be allowed to enter your own company information.
The program is designed to optionally allow automatic Internet based updates. If an update is available, you will be advised of it’s availability and you will be given the option of downloading the update when you start the program.
None. Why? Because we don’t believe it is good business to nickel and dime our customers to death. When you buy AuctionRPM, you get the whole program – beginning to end.
Yes. Typically you will install the program on several computers, then link them together into a common AuctionRPM database. It is recommended that you consult a networking professional to set up the links between your computers. This usually only needs to be done once.
NOTE: For you to be able to SIMULTANEOUSLY use AuctionRPM on multiple computers, you must purchase a multiple user license.
This advanced feature is an area where you can ‘park’ options on the main menu that you use the most. Depending on your role in the auction company, there are usually some options in AuctionRPM that you will use more than others. This feature allows you to configure these buttons so that when you press them, you will go to an area in the program of your choice.
When you start AuctionRPM you are asked for your name. Later if you park any main menu options in that area, then the next time you log in you will have your personalized configuration set up for you automatically.
We here at AuctionRPM Software have spent a lot of time researching the needs of our customers. We have tested, re-tested and tested again in live environments and we are sure you will be satisfied. Why not download it for yourself and see if it works for you?
You do not need to be connected to the internet to use AuctionRPM on a normal basis. The only time you might need to connect to the internet is when you decide to download the free updates to the software, or when we need to connect to you when you contact us for technical support.
